From Booking Desk
to Breakout Room
I've been on both sides of the conference P&L -
it's why my sessions land differently.

For ten years I worked in luxury-hotel MICE and corporate event sales - on the booking side of the conference room. I saw what event organisers needed, what programme directors were weighing up and what a corporate audience looks like by the afternoon or worst, on day two of a leadership conference!
That insider knowledge shapes everything about how I design and deliver my work.
Over the following decade I trained in yoga therapy and somatic practice and I built a method for returning dysregulated people to composure — first with individuals, then with small groups and now with conference and event audiences. The Body-Led Reset has three phases: Pause the cognitive spiral, Anchor attention in the body, Integrate the shift, so delegates can apply it later.
The deeper background: I learned the physiology of returning a dysregulated nervous system to composure the long way — through two decades of navigating my own health issues. That experience is why the method works for people under real pressure, not just theoretical stress. It's one input into the work, not the subject of it.
Today I deliver The Body-Led Reset in corporate and association conference environments, leadership offsites and for individual high-performers through my 12-week program, Embodying Enough.
I am based in Sydney and speak nationally. PSA [pending].
Always available for a 20-minute scoping call.
THE WHY:
Purpose Statement: To help professionals show up as themselves — not a depleted, disconnected version of themselves — when it matters most.
Mission Statement: To guide professionals back to presence through a physiological reset — so they can contribute, connect and engage at their best.
