From Booking Desk
to Breakout Room
I've been on both sides of the conference room -
it's why my sessions land differently.

My career spans 25 years across two worlds that don't usually meet: the corporate events industry and the somatic practice space. That's not an accident. It's the whole point!
Fifteen years in luxury-hotel MICE and corporate events — on the booking and logistics side, where the decisions actually get made. I know what a producer is weighing up when they open a speaker's proposal. I know what a corporate audience looks like by day two of a leadership conference. I know what the 2:30pm slot feels like from both sides of the room.
That's not background I left behind. It's the reason I built something that works in those rooms.
Over the following decade I trained in yoga therapy, somatic practice and nervous system regulation. But honestly, it started long before the training. Yoga saved me first. It taught me, on my own body, what it actually takes to return a dysregulated nervous system to safety. That's not something I read. That's something I lived. And it's where the method came from.
The Body-Led Reset came from all of it.
Off the corporate clock, I still teach yoga, I'm mother to a feisty five-year-old, who I'm quietly raising to back herself, and I'm most likely to be found at the beach or with friends having a cheeky cocktail.
I believe kindness is one of the most underrated things anyone can bring into a room. And I believe — this one I know in my bones — that most of us just want to be seen as who we actually are. Not the performed version. The real one.
That's what I'm trying to create space for, in a conference room of all places!
Based in Sydney. Speaking nationally and virtually. Always available for a 20-minute scoping call.
Purpose Statement: To create the conditions where people can actually arrive — in the room, in their body, in the moment that matters.
Mission Statement: To bring regulated attention into professional spaces that have forgotten the body is even in the room.
