Your delegates went quiet after lunch. That's a physiology problem. I'm the solution.

Corporate breakout sessions that reset attention and composure — so the content you paid for actually lands.

Back Into the Body. Back Into Yourself.

PIPPA JACKSON

I'm Pippa Jackson. I deliver structured, secular reset sessions for conferences, corporate off-sites and leadership programs — designed for the agenda, not the retreat.

After a decade inside luxury-hotel MICE and corporate event sales — on the booking side of the conference room — I stepped to the other side of the microphone, bringing the session I needed back then but couldn't find for when delegates are cognitively full and the attention is starting to drift.

The Body-Led Reset has three phases: — Pause the cognitive spiral — Anchor attention in the body — Integrate the shift so delegates can apply it later.

It flexes to the slot you have — a 15-minute opener or closer, a 30–45 minute breakout, a 90-minute workshop, a half-day offsite. The architecture holds; the depth and pacing shift. And it lands in professional-services rooms (legal, finance, insurance, real estate) that would normally be skeptical of anything framed as wellness.

The method is backed by a decade of yoga therapy and somatic practice, and a personal recovery background that taught me the physiology of returning a dysregulated nervous system to safety. That's an input into the work, not the subject of it. What producers and L&D leads book me for is the outcome: a room that comes back, pays attention and retains what it was paid to hear.

Based in Sydney. Speaking nationally and virtually. PSA [pending].

Let's chat through your event requirements!

The team got so much from our time with you Pippa. You have such a wonderful style and presence, really connected with the room, met us where we were and truly re-centred and reenergised us.

We all took away some new skills, knowledge and practical applications that we can use each and every day.

Thank you for yesterday's reset session Pippa! It was so effective. You were warm and relaxed and easily helped transition into a reflective mood

Very keen to do again.

Why Producers Book Pippa

Fatigue and Boredom Are Not the Same Problem

Most conference breakouts treat them like they are. That’s why they don’t work.

You’ve seen it. It’s 2pm. The morning sessions were strong. The keynote was genuinely good. And now your delegates are sitting in a breakout room looking like they’ve been mildly sedated.

The instinct — for event organisers, L&D leads, whoever built the agenda — is to treat this as an engagement problem. So you reach for engagement solutions. High-energy facilitators. Audience response technology. Gamification. Maybe even a comedian between sessions!

Sometimes it works, often it doesn’t. And when it doesn’t, it’s not because the solutions were bad.

It’s because the diagnosis was wrong.

Fatigue and boredom feel the same from the outside. However they are completely different problems.

Boredom is primarily a cognitive state. The brain isn’t sufficiently stimulated — so you reach for engagement solutions - and often they work.

Fatigue is different. It’s physiological. And physiological fatigue has a cognitive signature: a scattered, looping mental state that looks like disengagement but is actually the nervous system under load. More stimulation doesn’t resolve it. It compounds it...
